Jennifer has been with the Hawai‘i Biodiversity & Mapping Program since 2000. She is responsible for the fiscal and human resources portion of the program, including: purchasing, payments, timesheets, budget analysis, recruitment, and safety.

With more than 18 years of IT and Data Management experience, Roy has been with HBMP since 1988. Roy started his career with HBMP as a Data Technician Intern while obtaining his bachelors degree and has since filled several other positions including Acting Director, Office Manager and Systems Administrator. As Database Manager, Roy is responsible for the daily administration and maintenance of HBMP's database of over 1200 rare species and natural communities as well as for our internal computer network. Roy also assists many other agencies across the state with database development and management.

Dwight has worked for HBMP since 1990. He started out drawing maps by hand, and has since moved over to GIS through hands-on experience and course work. Dwight provides GIS support to HBMP and other agencies on many projects, and even provides assistance to biologists in the field.

Completed her Master of Science thesis project investigating the spectral separation among the plant species in Hawai`i using remote sensing technique. The projects currently working on with HBMP include development of wetland inventory spatial database and digitizing and creation of metadata for GIS data.
